Our Village Community Hall is a bright airy space of about 100 sq. mts. which is equipped for up to 100 guests. It is 14m long and 7m wide and although the
hall is high in the middle it has roof supports protruding at the long sides which slightly reduce the height.

A modular stage can be erected to suit a variety of needs from:
- a small raised area for display
- a larger setting for a dance band
- a long catwalk for a fashion show
- the largest platform erected could accommodate a theatrical production.

With the option of bright strip lights or dimmable spots (and even a revolving 60s disco light!), the room can provide a more atmospheric setting for a special party or dance.

Off the Hall is a refreshment/bar room which is ideal for serving hot or cold drinks at parties. In this room are:

- two sinks – one with its own water-heating system
- ample shelving for glasses and bottles
- a water boiler and power points
- Tea and coffee can be served through the serving hatch to the main hall.
- The kitchen was refurbished in 2016. It contains:
- a range cooker (with three ovens)
- a large fridge freezer
- an industrial dishwasher (3 minute wash cycle)
- a microwave
- crockery and cutlery for 100 settings.

This also serves as a small meeting room for up to 10 people.
In another small room off the Community Hall, a group of ladies have set up a library from which local people can borrow books for a very small fee.

We take pride in our Village Community Hall and view it as an integral part of the local community.
